What are Rockhint custom rugby jerseys?
Rockhint custom rugby jerseys are made-to-order jerseys for clubs that need tops only — a new playing jersey, training jerseys or supporter shirts. They use heavy 220–280 GSM grab-resistant knit with reinforced seams. Every piece is cut, printed and stitched in Rockhint’s own factory in Sialkot, Pakistan, so your order is never passed to a subcontractor.
Fabric and construction
We use 220–280 GSM, 100% polyester performance knit — heavier than a standard sports jersey and the industry-standard range for sublimated rugby wear. It is engineered to resist grabbing, stretching and tearing during tackles and rucks while still managing sweat. The lighter end suits junior and touch rugby; the heavier end suits senior contact competition. Collar and shoulder seams are reinforced as standard.
Why sublimation for rugby?
With sublimation printing, hoops, panels, crests and sponsor logos are part of the fabric, so they will not crack or peel after contact and repeated washing.

Is the fabric tough enough for full-contact senior rugby?
Yes. We use the heavier end of 220–280 GSM for senior contact play; a lighter weight in the same range suits juniors and touch rugby.
Can you reinforce the collar and seams against grabbing?
Yes. Reinforced stitching at the collar and shoulders is standard on our rugby build.
Can supporters order the same jersey?
Yes. Supporter jerseys can be added to the team order and count toward the minimum.
