Rockhint custom ice hockey jerseys are game and practice jerseys for club teams, junior leagues and private label brands, made from 180–270 GSM polyester double-knit that resists stick and board contact. Every piece is cut, printed and stitched in Rockhint’s own factory in Sialkot, Pakistan, so your order is never passed to a subcontractor.
Fabric and construction
180–270 GSM is the industry-standard weight for hockey jerseys, designed to resist tearing from stick and board contact while staying breathable under equipment. A 95% polyester / 5% spandex blend adds stretch. Fight-strap loops and reinforced elbows can be built into the pattern on request.
Why sublimation for hockey?
Sublimation lets you use full-colour graphics, fades and sponsor logos that are baked into the fabric rather than sitting on top of it, so they will not crack or flake. Crests can be embroidered. Learn more about sublimation printing.
