Quality Control for Custom Team Uniforms
Every Rockhint order is checked against your approved sample at several stages, from fabric to packing. Problems are cheapest to fix before cutting and printing, so we inspect early, not just at the end. Before your order ships, you receive photos or a short video of the finished goods.
Where we check your order

| After cutting | Panel sizes against the pattern, design alignment across panels |

| Final inspection | Measurements by size, names and numbers against your roster, loose threads, labels, overall finish |
| Packing | Correct quantity per size or player, packing list, carton labels |
The approved sample is the standard
Before bulk production, you approve a physical sample. That sample becomes the reference for colour, fabric, fit and finish for your whole order. See Sampling.
Roster checks
Wrong spellings and duplicate numbers are the most common errors in team orders. Before printing, we check your roster for:
- duplicate numbers in the same team
- names longer than the space allows
- sizes missing from any row
Then we send the final list back for you to confirm.
Photos before dispatch
Before shipping, we send photos or a short video of your finished order. It’s your last chance to raise a concern while the goods are still in the factory.
Frequently asked questions
How do you make sure colours match my logo?
We match colours to your mockup and, where you provide them, Pantone codes. You confirm the colours on the physical sample before bulk production starts.
Will I see my order before it ships?
Yes. You receive photos or a video of the finished order before dispatch.
