How your order is made

  1. Design. You send a logo, sketch or reference photo. Our designers return a front-and-back mockup within 24 hours. See Design & Mockups.
  2. Pattern and cutting. Patterns are graded for every size from Youth XS to Adult 5XL, then fabric is cut in-house.
  3. Printing and decoration. Designs are sublimated into the fabric, or added as embroidery or tackle twill. See Sublimation Printing.
  4. Stitching. Panels are sewn with seams suited to the sport, from light flatlock on soccer jerseys to reinforced shoulders on rugby and hockey jerseys. See Cut & Sew Production.
  5. Quality checks. Garments are inspected at several stages before packing. See Quality Control.
  6. Packing and shipping. Orders are packed by player or size and shipped worldwide by DHL, UPS or FedEx with tracking.
