Custom Uniform Size Guide
Rockhint makes team uniforms from Youth XS to Adult 5XL. The most reliable way to size a team is to measure a jersey that already fits each player, laid flat, and compare it with our chart. For hockey and American football, size over full pads.
How to measure
Measure a garment that fits well, not the body. Lay it flat and smooth.
- Chest width: straight across, 2.5 cm (1 inch) below the armpits.
- Body length: from the highest point of the shoulder down to the hem.
- Sleeve length (long sleeves only): from the shoulder seam to the cuff.
Compare those numbers with the size chart for your product, then choose the size whose chest width is closest. If a player is between sizes, go up one.

Fit tips by sport

| Ice hockey | Cut large to go over shoulder and elbow pads. Size with pads on. See the hockey jersey guide. |
| American football | Size over shoulder pads; the body should tuck in without pulling. |
| Basketball | Relaxed fit; reversible jerseys fit the same as single-sided. |
| Soccer | Regular athletic fit; goalkeepers often go one size up for padding. |
| Volleyball | Closer fit; women’s cuts available on request. |
| Baseball | Relaxed fit for throwing and swinging. |
| Rugby | Close fit so the jersey is harder to grab. |
Collecting sizes for a whole team
- Use one spreadsheet: player name, number, size, and any notes.
- Order 1–2 spare jerseys in common sizes for new players.
- Try the physical sample on two or three players of different builds before confirming.
